Remake Scotland
We recently worked alongside staff and volunteers at Remake Scotland to create a promotional video for them to share with the community, their members and their funders. Filming on site within their premises in Crieff we interviewed staff and volunteers, about their role within remake. As we filmed we realised that each person had their own unique story to tell about their time at Remake. Many of the volunteer’s stories were touching, and it is quite clear that they need Remake as much as remake needs them.
Remake Scrapstore in Crieff
Remake is a Crieff based community reuse charity with a scrapstore and is run by local volunteers and staff. Our purpose is to promote the reuse of materials for the benefit of our community. Remake is a local solution to a global problem.
Remake Scotland is a creative recycling, re-use and education charity benefitting children & young adults and run by a committee of volunteer Trustees. Remake is based in Crieff and runs a number of projects including a Volunteer Programme, Scrapstore, Work Experience Placement Programme for Young Adults, Creative Education and Local Partnerships & Community Support Projects
Remake is about making great stuff from old stuff, about making new friends and learning new skills, about trying different things and knowing that whatever you make or build or create might not turn out as expected… but diving in any way because it might turn out better!
