Johnston Media had the privilege of delivering The Barbra O’Neill Health Summit at the stunning Crieff Hydro Hotel. This event was a remarkable gathering of health professionals, thought leaders, and wellness enthusiasts, all coming together to explore innovative approaches to health and well-being.
Badge Printing Service: .Our journey began with a crucial task: supplying 1,500 delegate badges. This seemingly small detail played a significant role in ensuring that every participant felt welcomed and engaged from the moment they arrived.
But our contributions didn’t stop there. We also recorded and livestreamed an impressive 26 hours of footage, allowing us to connect with over 500 delegates on-site and an additional 600 participants joining us online.
🌐 Hybrid Experience: Our state-of-the-art virtual platform ensured that all delegates could engage fully with the event, no matter where they were located.Over 26 Hours of sessions were put online so both in person and virtual delegates could revisit their favourite talks at their convenience.
🎥 Highlight Video: To capture the essence of this remarkable event, we produced a highlight video showcasing key moments and insights from the summit, including the Ceilidh. The video will not only serve as a wonderful recap for attendees but also as a promotional tool for next year’s event—ensuring that even more people can join us on this journey towards better health.
This hybrid format not only expanded our reach but also fostered an inclusive environment where everyone could participate in the insightful discussions and workshops.
🎙️ Pop-Up Podcast Studio: As part of our commitment to sharing knowledge and insights, we set up a pop-up podcast studio at the venue. We interviewed both Barbara & Michael O’Neill, along with other key speakers and thought leaders, throughout the five-day event. These conversations delve deeper into their expertise and provide additional value for attendees.
